Free Shipping
All orders ship free with no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, product launches, and promotions.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Times
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia Typical delivery time is 5 to 12 business days after shipment.
International Orders Delivery times vary by destination. Customs processing may cause delays outside our control. Any import duties, taxes, or fees that apply are the responsibility of the customer.
Preorders
If an item is listed as a preorder, it will ship by the estimated date shown on the product page. You will receive tracking information once your preorder has shipped.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier's website.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can investigate.
