If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can investigate.
Return Conditions
Unsatisfied with results: Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. We understand the product needs to be tried, that is what the trial period is for.
Defective, damaged, or wrong item: Items may be opened and used. We may ask for a photo or brief description to help us improve, but this will never delay or affect your refund.
Return Shipping
For cases where we made an error, including defective, damaged, wrong item, or lost in transit, we cover return shipping fully.
For change of mind or not a fit, the customer covers return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable only if they were charged at checkout.
Refund Timeline
